The scheme is launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and farmer welfare in 2018. The scheme comes to increase the lifestyle of the farmer to guide them professionally.

 To guide and suggest farmers improve their farming techniques and increase their income.


the objective of Krishi Kalyana Abhiyan


The government of India and the State government want to increase the income of farmers to asses them and boost the economy.


Scheme Implementation area


1. The scheme is implemented as per NITI AYOG guidance by the ministry of rural development.

2. The scheme is implemented in 25 villages in the country and the population must be more than 1000.

3. The coordination and management of the scheme are done at the center of Krishi Kalyana Abhiyan of the district. 


Activities cover under the Krishi kalyana abhiyan


1. Issue the soil health card to the farmer. 

2. Maximum coverage of bovine vaccination for foot and mouth disease in every village of the country.

3.100%coverage of sheep and goat plague.

4. Allocation of the small kit of pulses and oilseed to all.

5. Unnatural insemination saturation.

6. Explanation on micro irrigation.

7. Demonstration of desegregated cropping practice.

8. Distribution of Agroforestry and Horticulture bamboo @all family.

9. proper training in Beekeeping, Mushroom cultivation, etc.

10. To provide training for kitchen gardening and relevant generating the activity.


Achievement of Krishi kalyana abhiyan


1. The Krishi Kalyan Abhiyan is successfully implemented in 112 districts of the country.

2. Presently the Krishi Kalyan Abhiyan completed the approximately 12 lakh farmers were trained by Krishi Vigyan Kendra.

3. In the third stage it will help to farmer's income increase to implement the best farming practices.

4. ICAR help to mobilize the farmers for water conservation activity, the farmer is participating in this Abhiyan.
